The Nephilim discussion

The stars are out and a cool, evening breeze gently blows. The faraway sounds of New York traffic can only be heard faintly. Flowers spill out of brightly colored pots, reaching their viney arms toward the sky. The peaceful atmosphere provides an escape from every day life.

Imigo watched as the sun rises. He missed the grasslands from his home. The highlands, Scotland. he remembers his family and friends he has to leave behind to go to this institute.

"It's beautiful, isn't it? All the lights," unknown to imigo, Phoenix had silently walked up behind him and sat down on the edge of the roof, her feet dangling over the edge, "Ive dreamt of jumping off here, you know," she looked down. Phoenix wasn't scared. At least not about this

"Why won't you?" he replied. He was still looking at the sun.

Damien called her name from the ground below, when he noticed two figuars on the roof. He raced up to the roof and recognized her, "Phoenix?"

"because, the jump might kill me, and I don't want to die." she said matter-of-factly. Then she heard Damien calling her name and jumped up immediately, hopeful and dreading the news

Right behind Damien came Amelia skipping onto the roof and immediately jumping to be on the very edge of the roof. 'Hi!' she said brightly and she put one fort in front of the other and walked across the roof (she is basically in the gutter-very,very edge). 'What we all doin up here?' she asked, her eyes little balls of curiosity. 'Who are you?' she asked suddenly pointing at Damien and Imigo.

Imogo smiled at her answer then looked at the new comers. He answered the girl. "i'm Imigo, you?"

'Im Amelia! I'm eight!' She said smiling at Imigo. 'When you get here?' she asked jumping back off the gutter and sitting down with a plonk beside him.

((heather, do you want to bring Amelia down to the infirmary since Emma just died?))

((What happened to Emma?))

He smiled at her. "I'm Imigo and I'm 17" He watched her sit with him and said, "I got here few days ago".

((ok, how about we bring everyone down there? Emma left the group for some reason so we had to kill off her charrie))

'Thats why I havn't seen you before!' Amelia said matter of factly. 'Ive been here for 2 years. Before that I lived at home.' he said smiling a small sad smile. 'I think we should go see Emma now. Can we?' she asked then she stood up and grabbed Imigo's hand and walked hand in hand with him to the infirmary.

Imigo followed her to where this 'Emma' is. He haven't met every one yet.

Rashel was sat on the top of the Institute. She had brought herself here after running from the Shadowhunters. She had felt guilty just running off when people were in trouble but she couldn't risk it after being possessed again. Off in the distance the sun was setting. She needed to talk to Phoenix so she hoped she would eventually come up.

Phoenix jumped onto the roof and looked around, "Rashel? What are you doing here?" she said, puzzled, "Are you ok, you know, from before," Phoenix walked over to her and gave her a hug.

Rashel hugged her back, hard. "I missed you. No, no I'm not okay. I need help." Tears started to pool in her eyes.

"Oh no! What's wrong! Rashel, tell me!" Phoenix said looking into her eyes, worriedly

"It's getting worse Phoenix, it happens every day now." Rashel pulled away from Phoenix and started staring off into the distance once again.

"Rashel, pay attention," Phoenix said anxiously, holding rashel's arms, "you can't go back there, you can't let yourself succumb to the anger, you need to control it,"

"It's not me. Its like I'm being possessed. I have to go back." She was determined to find out what was going on.

"No. No." Phoenix said firmly, "they'll kill you! I'll - I'll help you! We can get the Silent Brothers, they can cure it," she said desperately
