SO tell me, was it love at first sight, or did it take you a while to warm up to Mr.Hot-Stud-On-A-Bun?

Love at first sight for me those bad boys never cease to amaze me lol and why a picture of Pettyfer you no like JCB?? Lol

True, I always get attracted to them INSTANTLY, i'm like a bad-boy magnet, lol. and yesh...i will forver stay an Alex for Jace fan. JCB might me jace in the movie, but not in my heart ;D AND ALEX WAS THE FIRST CHOICE! ;P

Um, Jamie Campbel Bower is Jace in the movie, and so looks just like i pictured him. Love Jace and can't wait for Heavenly Fire and the movie. :) Jamie is way better Jace than Alex, Alex turned down the part, just FYI. Plus Cassandra said not only does Jamie look like she pictured Jace, he got into the character of Jace, she said his audition brought tears to her eyes, as he was perfect.

lol, well, Alex TURNED DOWN the part. He will NEVER be Jace. So we all got to live with it. Love Alex in his other movies , and am a huge fan of his, BUT, no sense in thinking of him as Jace, or anything else, Since Jamie is playing him, and from what Cassie said, he nailed the part, the action, the sarcastic way his personality is, he BECAME Jace, Cassie was amazed and so happy that they found the perfect Jace. I am thrilled.
Its all cool, anyone can think of who they want when reading, i do it, we all do. :) I will say, the way Jamie looks in the Camelot photos, is so exactly how i pictured Jace when i first read the books, I didn't even have a certain actor in my heard at all, just very close to what Jamie actually looks like in that photo, except with the golden eyes.

I love Alex. very much, if I may say. but since he turned down the role and JCB get it, I started to see him (JCB) as Jace. the Jace that Cassie has talked about. well, in some pics *giggles*
I wonder what JCB would be looked like when he put gold contact lenses... *dies*

i don't know.. i think alex is always going to be my jace because i pictured him as jace when i first started the series. i'm excited to see how jcb does in the movie though!

I hope JCB does do well in the movie. He's just not how I pictured but then again it went the same way for the Hunger Games movie and it still turned out pretty well. So let's hope that he pulls it off *crosses fingers* I'll still picture Alex as Jace though when I'm reading. At least until the movie

Oh Lord...this will go on and on. Everyone has their views of how they pictured someone. You can't shove it down their throats. I personally always saw Alex as Jace too and eventhough he turned down the role, which upset me he is still Jace in my head. I'm not saying I won't give JCB a chance to show us what he's got but we all have our own opinions. I just love Jace as the character and honestly I don't think ANYONE can live up to the real Jace Herondale. He's my favorite fiction character in any book but it's his character from the book, not the movie. We'll see how it goes.

I'm gonna just stick with the picture of Jace I have in my head...my very own version!

Yeah I agree...no matter what we say or do JCB is playing Jace but you can picture him any way you like that's the beauty of books!!

ughh! i was so disappointed that Alex turned down the part!! i picture him as Jace way more than JCB! but i think i will warm up to him as the movie gets more advertising!

I was against JCB too in the beginning. But after seeing the trailer, I'm really excited to see him play my favorite fictional boyfriend.

Agreed! I hated the guy they cast as Ethan in Beautiful Creatures, but I really liked him in the movie! So you never know, right?

For those who loved JCB as Jace ( I do! ), he got back with Lily Collins!!!! So cute! I feel like they are the perfect Jace and Clary version, but the actors actually feel for each other, not just in the movie!!!
I am a Clace fan and Jamily (Jamie and Lily) fan!!!
