I'm trying to help Martin Lastrapes add some literary awards to his book Inside the Outside.

He successfully added the awards in the order he wanted them to show, but he decided he wanted to change the formatting. He wasn't able to edit the award name so I added the awards (in the format he wanted) and deleted the original award listings.

The formatting is now correct, but no matter what order I add the awards in, the awards will not show up in the order he wants them.

He would like his award listing to look like this:

GRAND PRIZE WINNER: Paris Book Festival
FINALIST: San Francisco Book Festival

but the Finalist entry keeps showing up before the Grand Prize entry. He would like the Grand Prize entry to show up first. I have tried to delete and re-add, but I've had no luck.

Can someone force the Grand Prize award to display first or tell me how to do it?

The order is alphabetical, regardless of the order in which the awards are added. Also, the formatting of the awards was not consistent with GR policies. I corrected them.

Oh, OK. Thanks, Rivka. I didn't realize there was a policy on the formatting. That is good to know. Now that you've made the change, the awards are no longer in alpha order. Can we switch them around, please? The correct alpha order is the order he would like them in anyway.

Hmm. I thought it was alphabetical, but it must actually be some other sort. Regardless, it's automatic and cannot be manually reordered.

I think it may be the same as the main award sort, which is by number of winners & nominees. Perhaps if the rest of the Paris Book Festival winners were listed so that it were the "bigger" award then they would show in that order...?

--Nope, apparently not. I found the Paris Book Festival and entered the rest of its 2012 awards, but it didn't re-order.
