Recently, my attention was led to Amazon's Break-through novel contest (for self-published books):

It's happening this week. One of the nominees is 'On Little Wings' by Regina Sirois (which is really cool that I got to discover this book a week before it came out). If you love this book as much as I did, be sure to vote for it too.
Naturally, I plan on checking out the other nominees as well so I can find even more leads on great self-published books!
