I read this book in like, third grade, but I remember really liking it and it was one of my favorite books at the time.
Third grade reading buddies! I did a book report on it and I made my friend, Creampuff (if any of you know her from Goodreads), be a penguin. Lol good times

Yeah, my sister was that kind of person for a while. Yeah, Mr. Popper's Penguins was my early days of chapter books. I'm pretty proud of myself (and you) for sticking through it (when I was little that was a bit too boring at times for me), but I'm glad I stuck through it.
