I recently discovered this amazing series, and it absolutely deserves it's own discussion! Even better than Beautiful Disaster, it's just an unforgettable, sexy, heartbreaking romance that I want everyone to read!!

Kellan Kyle...my #1 book boyfriend! That's right, I'm claiming him, so hands off ladies!!!!! =D

OH MY GOD, Sylvia you know how much we all love BD and Sempre, and I'm telling you they just pale in comparison to Thoughtless!! The feelings you get when you read them are magnified x100, and it is SOOOOO sexy...like, OH SWEET JESUS I NEED KELLAN KYLE IN THE RED ROOM NOW sexy!!!!

ooohhh i know i loved this book and its funny cus the a few weeks ago the author posted up this guy of possiblities of Kallen and I LITERALLY DYED AND WENT TO HEAVE SO I WENT BACK TO READ THE SERIES AGAIN BUT PICTURED THIS GUY AS KALLEN ALL THROUGH THE BOOK lol IM SO LAME BUT DAMMM HE WAS DAMMM HOT I COULD LICK THOSE DAMM ABS ALL FREAKING DAY LONG lol

Ummm, yeah, since it starts out with Denny and Kiera, I think it's purposely slow to show the 'normalcy' of things for them. It's short-lived, though, once they arrive and Kellan's in the picture I felt like things started getting interesting right away. And Denny leaves pretty early, and their time together is really sweet!!

And it's definitely sexier than BD, and Kellan is officially my top book boy!!! I've fallen hard for him, and their story is just so heartbreaking!!

lol, I know Jody, but honestly this one was even more emotional for me and the characters just had me completely hooked!!

I have both books and I still haven't brought myself to read , I loved the first book but and I'll admit that all the stress it put me trough was worth it, I just need to prepare myself emotionally for this. lol

I'm the same way with this one and the Reason to Breathe sequel. They both took so much out of me, I decided to take a YA/fantasy run for a few days! lol

Oh, it was sooo much better that BD. It was such a twisted, painful roller coaster.....but Kellan, OMG KELLAN!!!

I discovered this series because of Beautiful Disaster (which I LOVED, which I think is a highly misunderstood book) and OMG I just LOVE it.. I only finished it a few days ago and I'm ready to read it again.

The first book is beautiful and painful and infuriating. You just really FEEL everything the characters do thanks to the incredible writing. The second book the emotions are different, not so intense, but it's still a fantastic love story and you fall for Kellan even more and you want to slap that girl for even thinking of lying to him. I shook my head at her constantly through the whole Denny thing lol

I have seen some people say 'if you don't like cheating skip the first one'. Terrible idea. Seeing the story unfold was hard but it was never glorified and without seeing their journey the second part of their story just wouldn't have them same impact.

aaaand I think I just talked myself into starting Thoughtless again tonight lol

I am just now starting Effortless so I can't yet speak for that one, but I agree 100% about Thoughtless! It was unsettling to read about the way she strung Kellan along, but I understood where she was coming from. It was realistic in many ways, the safety and love she was comfortable with being so devastatingly hard to push away even though she knew her heart was moving on to Kellan. God, I love this story!!! LOL

Ok Erin, I am going to trust your taste in books and give this series a chance. :)

I finished both books and last week and they were good, however because of these books I picked up which in my opinion was 10X better. I would take Travis over Kellan any day of the week. I have always been a sucker for a bad boy ;)

Now I'm going to have to add all of these books to my TBR. Looking forward to seeing which is better.

Glad you liked them, all three of those are some of my all-time favorites! The characters in Thoughtless resonated with me more, but I absolutely loved Travis, too!!

I read them still waiting on the 3rd one. First one was better though!

Just finished them! I liked Kiera a lot better in the second book. Fun read that keeps you hooked. Love me some Kellan.

I thought Beautiful Disaster was much better though. Kiera made me mad in the first book. She kept stringing along both Denny and Kellan. And the guys seemed to have almost the same personality. Their personalities weren't distinct/different enough. I expected so much more out of Thoughtless based on Goodreads reviews. Now I'm quite hesitant to read Effortless.

I loved me some Kellan like a fat kid loves cake!lol He was the definition of sexy to me! I wanted to choke Kiera out she frustrated me endlessly! Now Travis was that rough bad boy that you wanted to throw you over your shoulder and take you to his cave!lol Two toatally different men but scrumptious all the same!!!

I'm halfway reading Thoughtless. I love Kellan but I really can't connect with Kiera. Agree with Shelly, I feel like I wanted to choke Kiera out of frustration.
