Violet ran out onto the street outside her house to see what the hell happened. "oh no..." she gasped. Just at that moment a slimy goo landed on her hand, and being a normal reaction she shook it off with a flick of her wrist. CRACK! she looked around ready to run but nothing had happened.
She decide it might be a good idea to go to the city to see if she could find anyone else, who might know what has happened. She went into her house, found a backpack and packed it with food, clothes and most of her things. She knew she would never come back here, she thought about her friends and family, a tear formed in her eye. She found a mirror and look into it, what she saw was horrible, a long scar, from the top of her right eyebrow to her cheek. She grabbed her backpack, went outside, and started her long journey to the city.
