Okay, so this is kind of like a group story but not really. You can make it as silly as you want. The only rules are,
1. Only one sentence per post
2. Your post must make sense and follow the same plot line as the post before it.
3. You cannot add twice in a row.

I'll start.

The ghost was eating a peanut butter sandwich.

When the new tenents came in, Jace was prepared to scare them out of the house when he saw the little girl's face.

((wait... how does that have anything to do with a ghost eating a peanut butter sandwich? Did you read the rules?))

((wow, i have never seen a topic die at post #4 before... that's kinda sad...))

(( well, do u want to start over?))

((Jace is the ghost I just gave him a name!))

((ohh...i get it.))

Jace, as a ghost, was duty bound to scare people away, but there was something about this girl...almost...like she could see him!

Little did Jace know, but the girl could see him.

However, Nim, the girl, was curious, not scared.

ablivious that two eyes were staring at her across the crowded room.

((rainy, that wasn't a complete sentence and doesn't make sense without an a pronoun/noun and verb to match that noun. Also, the first word is spelled with an o, not an a. Oblivious not ablivious.))

Nim wondered what the silly man wearing old-fashioned clothes was doing in the house.

But the man quickly flew to the top of the ceiling and dropped his feet, his sticky palms the only thing holding him up.

What an odd old man!

The man walked over to where Nim was standing and put his feet on her shoulders. He then began to dance, on top on Nim.

Slipping into a neat summersault, she tried to avoid him.

The man continued to dance, in mid-air.

Her eyes widened until they looked about to pop out of her head, and all of a sudden Nim's mother turned around.

Nim's mother seized her daughter to wash her shirt that was full of mud from the man's shoes.

The bubble filled the room completely, and Nim decided it was her chance to escape for a while.

She made a mad dash for the door.

She went to the school wherein she saw her one true love.

She stayed quiet for most of the day, exhausted from watching the man dance.

Her mother looked at her, puzzled.

Nim continued to insist to her mother that the dancing man was real.

Nim's mother simply ignored her daughter.

"Why does my daughter have such an active imagination?" the mother asked herself constantly.

The daughter simply asked herself why her mother had shiny purple hair.
