I always look at the cover first. Then I read the synopsis. But if a cover looks appealing I usually pick it up first.

Absolutely! Just like the old saying goes, "you eat with your eyes before the food goes in your mouth."

The cover draws me in. Every time...

I don't think so, I tend to open the book or flip to the back to see what its about, I've seen some amazing covers and the books just stink and are not something I would want to read.
