Avengers Assemble! discussion

What are your thoughts on this one?

It wasn't the best, but it still gave me my fix of Tony Stark. I am very hopeful for Iron Man 3!

my wife is doing a big re-watch to prepare for Endgame, and I gotta say, Iron man 2 doesn't deserve the grief it gets.

Yeah, it's a bit clumsy with Tony's arc, and it can be hard to root for him, as he is a narcissistic jerk, but so much good stuff in this movie.

I didn't like this movie at all. i haven't watched it in a while so i forget why exactly I don't like it, but it was definitely my least favorite of the iron man trilogy. maybe it was repetitive or the plot was lacking the spark that the other movies had?? idk...still love tony stark though. <3

It has some good moments, but as a big story it is the weakest of the three.
Not a terrible film, but it's a jumble, where all the pieces don't fit together very well.

I'm a big marvel fan and really don't think there are any 'bad' MCU movies.
Some are less successful than others, but even the "worst" ones have moments I like.
