Susan Mabus (susangoodreadscom) | 86 comments level 2 I read the book Friends Forever
The first word and last word repeat the letter f in the title. This story was about how they formed a friendship that lasted till they were adults. And it was about the bond that they formed that would last a lifetime.
pgs.320

Robin wrote: "You could use Betsy Ross for one of the Level 6.6 options: Something old, something new, Something borrowed, something blue, And a silver sixpence in her shoe.
You will read two books ...
For Book A choose one of the following options
Option 1: Read something old (Perhaps a classic or a book you've owned for a while and haven't read or an old favorite you'd like to read again)
Option 2: Read something new (Published this year or a book you just purchased)
Read Something borrowed (from friend or LIBRARY)

or
you can use it for one of the Level 6.4 options:
Read 2 books- Book 1 AND Book 2

Book 1 Read a book with a HAND(S) on the cover. Other body parts may be shown, but not feet or complete lower bodies. The hand(s) may be in gloves, mittens, etc. and

Riggs, Ransom 354 pages

The title and jacket cover caught my attention at Barnes and Noble. An unusual story – my niece had some interesting observations on the character development in this story.
