I like all types of horror books but ghost stories are among my favorite reads.

The book "Ghost" by Noel Hynd was an excellent read.

House of Small Shadows

A favorite of mine. A bit of a twist on the normal ghost story, but the creepiness was cranked up to eleven.

Has anyone read any good ghost/paranormal books lately?

i haven't read any good ghost stories since January?! that's crazy! Teeth in the Mist just finished that audio book. there's ghost, kinda but i wouldn't say it's a ghost story. and Wylding Hall but again, i wouldn't say it's a ghost story.

A short one I might re-read for Halloween this year is Ghost Story by Jeff Brackett. I really should try some of his other stories.

The Haunting of Ashburn House by Darcy Coates is an amazing ghost/paranormal story. Not too long and stand alone story following a women who inherits a old house for a unknown aunt.
