Readathons Galore discussion

I figured since the group's purpose is readathons, we could do more than one a month. So every month, we'll have a 10-day readathon from the first to the tenth. And then during the third/fourth weekend of the month we'll have another 4-day readathon.

This month's weekend RAT will take place from June 21st-24th. (Midnight to Midnight in your time zone.)

~Below is where you can let us know what your goals are and chat with others about your reading.
~Your goal can be anything you choose: books, pages, hours, finish the stack on your nightstand, etc.
~Just have fun!

My goals for this will be to finish 3 books at least. Not really sure what I'll be reading by that time, so I'll post as I finish them.

I'll be working 90 hours straight starting at 6:15 tomorrow morning, so I highly doubt I'll get much read! If I can get a book or two cranked out, I'll be happy!

Listening to Princess in Love 20 minutes (Page equivalency 131-150)

Saturday: Reading Sharp Objects Pages 126-254 FINISHED
Listening to Princess in Love 90 minutes (page equivalency 151-229) FINISHED

Sunday: Listening to Princess in Waiting 60 minutes (page equivalency 1-45)
Read 20 pages from A Game of Thrones and 18 pages from The Good Dream.


Total Pages: 254 + 78 + 45 + 38 = 415 = GOAL FAIL!

Oh well. busy weekend. =)

I'm in, though I'm already participating in a challenge that started yesterday! Ha! Hopefully I don't get confused. I'll try my best to update here as well and I'll start off today.

My goals is to finish (I'm currently on page 70 out of 320.) and which is a short novella for the Iron Fey series. (Currently 22% done with this eBook.)

And then I hope to at least read .

Amanda- Yeah it seems that lots of people like this week/weekend for a readathon lol. This is the 3rd on I'm in, and they all end Sunday. LOL.


My reading could've been better. I'm almost finished with , and I'm going to start . I would like to get one of the books in it done.

I started before I went to bed last night. I didn't get as much reading time as I would have liked, but I did read 28% of the book today. =D Maybe I'll finish tomorrow. Hopefully!

I really liked that when I read it. That was two years ago, though. I never got ahold of the second one, so maybe I should get to that sometime soon :)

Zakiya: You should! I really need to get a hold of the second one soon. Going to see if my library has an ebook of it. If not then I'll wait until I go to the library. =D

Yeah they have it on our library's site, but apparently it's not completely in the system yet. I don't know. That's okay. TFOHAT is on my Kindle anyway :)

I started on Anna Dressed in Bloodbefore I went to bed last night, and I have to say it's pretty creepy. I didn't get to finish this book or read very much of it today due to house cleaning, so I didn't finish my goal of reading the three books I chose for the read-a-thon.

I only got to page 50 of Anna Dressed in Blood. Even though I didn't complete my goal, I'm still pretty proud of myself. =) I read 2 books, 1 novella and started on my third book. =D

I've only read a little of between yesterday and today, but I plan on making this last hour really count!

Only finished one book this time, but I'm not worried. I'll be back in action in July:)

Actually completely finished two books! More than I thought, but not nearly what I would have liked!
