Hi. My name is Sunny Jackson. I live in North Carolina, and am happily married to the love of my life, Ben Jackson. I was raised as a (protestant) Christian, but transitioned from Christian to Agnostic, from Agnostic to Agnostic Atheist, and from Atheist to Humanist as I got older. When I became a Humanist, my god-belief did not change, but I became more focused on what I could to to make a better world. Part of that focus is on promoting tolerance of other worldviews and encouraging acceptance and understanding of others.

Ana | 1 comments Hi everyone. Am I one of the first ones here?

I am a nineteen years old girl from somewhere in South America. I was born in a Christian family, studied in a Christian family, but I was always told that I am free to chose my believes and thoughts. Now I think that the old questions about God will not really help us understand humanity, neither will show us effective ways to make a better world.

I love humanism, human sciences and all kind of study around the human being, though I'm new in this knowledge.

I hope this group helps me to grow up =)
