In the book it is stated that the place of the Moon on the Ecliptic is the New Ascendant of 13 Zodiac Astrology. The main reason for this is the adaption of Astrology on the scientific data. The old ascendant does not have a modern scientific meaning. It is important to put Astrology in a New frame that will stand the attacks of Astronomers.
