Come here for the latest news in Ignite Your Creativity. Moderators will post important things here, such as group changes, new writing competitions, deadline extensions, and more. Feedback from members will be allowed, but this thread is for announcements. If chatting and spamming becomes an issue, only mods will be allowed to post here. Have fun! Come check in here once in a while to see what's going on with the group! :)

Mods, please post your announcements in bold so they can be easily distinguished from members posts. ^^

The new weekly poetry competition is here at last! The competitions have been rearranged. The writing competitions and poetry competitions are now in separate folders. There is also a new thread for suggesting weekly topics for the poetry competitions. Enjoy!

You can sign up for next month's points in the July Points thread. You will not, however, start getting points until July starts. Anything you do before July starts does NOT count for July points, with the only exception being contests that extend into July, and your points for signing up. So, go sign up people!

Just so everyone is aware, because it might not have been clear before, when a thread says MODS ONLY, or DO NOT ENTER, or NO UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, or anything of that nature, that means: If you are not a moderator do not open the thread. Period.

A clean up is coming! Oh yes, that's right! A clean up!! So go scurry under your beds and hide, the mods are scouring through the threads! Old and unused threads will be moved to a different folder, as well as the chance of some rearranging. There's probably going to be lots of little thread funerals today. I can feel the tears brimming my eyes already!

BY THE WAY, if you come back and realize that one of your threads has been moved to the archives because of inactivity, and you'd still like your thread and plan on using it again, come talk to the mods about recovering it.
