A Resurrection Spell Gone Wrong

Two months after dying, Graylee Perez wakes up in her twin sister Charlene’s body. As a witch, can anyone blame her mother for attempting to bring her daughter back to life? Now Gray is stuck sharing her sister’s body in twenty-four-hour shifts.

Raj McKenna is rumored to meddle in the black arts, not to mention he’s after Gray’s invisibility spell, and worse—her heart. But Raj might be the only one powerful enough to save Gray from fading away forever.

The race is on for Gray to find a way back inside her own body before Charlene purges her from existence.

This book was such a fun read!! I loved the twins and their love & more hate relationship. They are a funny pair and it's funny to see them be competitive in whose better at magic and so on.

my favorite character would have to be Charlene of course! She was modest,insecure,shy,smart and everything I am lol. I also like how shes all those thing but she doesn't let any mess with her and she occasionally sticks up for herself and whats right.

I liked Charlene and she reminded me of one of our Mods from Shut Up & Read and her name is Alice (lol) She was a really good character and she played bad well!

Raj was good and I liked how the author mixed in a different culture with Raj's character and we got to know his background and his personality more. He was definitely not what he seems and I loved him for that!


All in all great book and read it I say!!

Lol! I know I do the same thing and I end up already owning the book and I'm like "well why haven't I read it yet?" Their are too many books I dont know where to start :D

I read this book in about 3 hours and enjoyed it a lot.

What do I think about the characters:
-Charlene was a crazy B**** and I didn't like her one bit. I thought she was one of those stuck up preppy jerks that I would never have liked in real life either. Plus all of the s*** she does to Grey is just ridiculous! She was a one of those bad guys that you love to hate!
-Gray, I thought that she should have been stronger in the beginning. As soon as she found out (view spoiler)[that Charlene had been blocking her powers (hide spoiler)] she should have been putting on the defensive. She should have been insisted her mom take some sort of action.
--Raj, AWESOME! I loved him

If I woke up in someone else's body, I would freak the hell out! Then I would be searching for someone to fix it.

I liked Gray, mostly. Charlene I despised, and I didn't like the mother either, mostly because she tolerated way to much. I adored Raj

What would you do if you woke up to find yourself in someone else's body? I would definitely freak.

I struggled with some believability in this book, regarding the mother.

Just finished reading this last night. Very quick-light-easy read. I like Graylee. She's interesting and goes through a lot in this book. Not sure I would've handled things as easily as she did.

Charlene is the typical spoiled, "I get everything I want" girl. I thought her character was well written and developed. Although I think it would've been interesting to hear her prospective on things in the book and the reasons behind her actions.

I like Raj! He's an interesting guy and love his magical powers. The chemistry between Graylee and Raj was hot!

If I woke up in someone else's body... depending who's it was, would make for an interesting day :)

I went ahead and read the second book in the series. I liked it more than the first book! Can't wait for the final book to be released :)

Hi Tt and Sheri, I just want to say thank you for this one! I just finished and I totally loved it. I found like Sheri that I already had it on my kindle so that was an added bonus. I might have to buy the next one now! The taster at the end of this one just left me on a proper cliff hanger! But it explains why (I thought) the ending seemed a bit abrupt. Did anyone else think that?

Yeah, I felt the same way. The ending happened so fast but it was a good cut off to start on with for the second story I guess. I really need to find time to read the second book and hopefully I can buddy up with someone as well.

Honestly, I found the way the twins relationship changed so quickly was a little TOO unrealistic for me. I mean, at the beginning of the book they seemed like your normal pair of sisters, who genuinely loved each other (deep, deep down inside). However, by the end of the book I was getting the feeling that they actually wanted to kill each other. And, to be honest, I just don't think that anything that happened in the book could justify that. I mean, they were trying to actually kill each other! The last few chapters were really just a race to see who could 'get rid of' (a.k.a. kill) the other twin first! Other than that though, I absolutely loved the book. The idea was like a Freaky Friday gone wrong, but in a good way.

I haven't read this book yet. But I'm going to, soon. I got an ecopy from the author. She's supposed to be giving (the book) away but she gave a code anyways on the post to get it free from Smashwords. Cool!

I can see what you guys are saying by how the twins relationship took a drastic change but I'm with Cari that I didn't care because Charlene made a great villain and I wanted to kill her lol!
