Caroline John who played Dr. Liz Shaw in the 1970s run of Doctor Who during the early part of the Jon Pertwee run before Katy Manning and the late Lizabeth Sladen has passed away at 72 years young. She recently starred in the film Love Actually which is one of my favorite films. She will be missed.

I haven't heard of her, unfortunately, but anyone from the Who family will be missed. May she rest in peace.

I first saw her DW episodes in the early to mid 80s. For Whovians unfortunately Liz Shaw was not with the Doctor very long, she didn't even get to travel in TARDIS at that time. That was when the Doctor was "grounded" on Earth by the Time-Lords.
