Unfortunately. My friends do like once in awhile on accident and i get mad at them but it doesnt really help..

True... But really, it's everywhere around you... At school, an accidental word in a song... IDK... It's pretty easy to slip up.

Thats true. Way too much swearing at school but we live in an ungodly world we cant let it affect us. Self control.

It's better not to say ANYTHING "holy" like holy crap, holy bejeezus and so forth because only our God is holy

Someone pointed something out to me a long time ago - it's not really the swear word, it's the intent behind it. Some people say things like "fudge" or other replacements for swear words, but really, the intent is the same. -Sam

Depends who you ask. But really, you can be saying something else the real intent is still to swear at whatever happened. Check your motives before you say things - if it isn't for a godly reason, there really is no reason to say it - especially if it's just to put down a bad situation or other situations where swear words are used.

Exactly. But even some "bad" words can be used to certain extent - "Haha, that's so stupid" or something. People say that even STUPID is a bad words, but sometimes if the word itself isn't bad and you don't use it for bad reasons, but to explain yourself, it's OK

i really think it depends on how the person uses it if they hurt themselfs and swear then i think that is fine but if they call someone a b or somthing then its bad

actually i think, (call me a devil later) that swear words elaborate your feelings. i mean, i don't say it though.

My friends swear all the time

mine don't. we get close to swearing a lot at the bratty popular girls.

We aren't supposed to swear, because God said that in Court our words will be put into two categories:

Useful
Meaningless for Him

So, when you say something, know every word will be counted either for you, or against you. There's no "in the middle"

Well, I'm not God... BUT I will say that in my opinion, that would be right, because first of all, THAT"S HOW WE COMMUNICATE. And God wants us to communicate. So I'm just saying, of course it's not gonna count against you. I don't know how that's gonna be, but I do know that God will judge our every word. LIke... Good and Bad, you know??

HAHAHAHAHA true... I've never really had a problem with bratty girls. I either 1) ignore them 2) say something nice (try it - you'll be astonished at the reaction)

And yes. I sometimes have a problem with keeping words in. Like, even the simplest comment like "wow look at her buck teeth" is already counted against you, ya know?? Language is one of the hardest parts when your a Christian

I'm a lot better than some people are, my friends friend is way worse than me, every other word she says is a swear word.

Oh sigh. This isnt getting anywhere. Basically u shouldnt swear according to the bible. No excuses BUT if u do u should confess it to God and ask him to help u.
