Writer's Group discussion

I have two books I am writing: "Broken Compass," and the first book in a series of books called, "The Rose Door." I have done so much research on the Rose Door and the outline is done. I just have to WRITE the story. You'd think that would be easy! Now I can't make up my mind how to begin The Rose Door. Broken Compass has three chapters written, but no outline. I got stuck on chapter three. Now I am going back to outlining Broken Compass.
