Jenner sisters from 'Kardashians' to write dystopian novel

Young adult readers are hungry for dystopias following the success of The Hunger Games, and now two sisters from Keeping Up With the Kardashians are ready for more chaos.
Kendall and Kylie Jenner announced today that they are writing an as-yet-untitled book about two sisters in a futuristic world, due next summer. Karen Hunter Publishing, an imprint of Simon & Schuster, will publish the book.
“We can’t wait to share these characters and the world we created with readers everywhere,” Kylie said in a statement.
The two have teamed up with Maya Sloan, author of High Before Homeroom, to co-write the story, which could be the first in a possible series, E! reports.

This is the nail in the coffin for the dystopian niche. It's time for me to give YA fiction a break for awhile.

They probably just attached their name to it and will have a ghostwriter. I can't imagine anyone in that family writing a sentence longer than LOL or OMG. ;o)

I just rolled my eyes with this news.

We can say all we want about that family. One thing they get right is how to make that $$$!!
Some unnamed writing genius will pay their mortgage as the ghost writer and the Jenner sisters will get to write the thank you notes.
But let's be for real, this isn't the first time or the last time something like this will happen.
