M.D. Kenning (MDKENNING) | 22 comments I like to explore fantasy that is inspired by real life cultures or evetns (or both). My favorite current genre to write in is "Clockpunk Fantasy." If Steampunk Fantasy is Victorian inspired fiction, then Clockpunk Fantasy is Renaissance inspired fantasy.

My current series is the "Allmother's Fire" series and I will be releasing a standalone political thriller fantasy epic shortly too.

I am looking forward to discussions not just about my own favorite types of fiction, but hearing the creative and cutting edge other ideas that people are exploring too.
