Wild Things: YA Grown-Up discussion

September 2012: Dear Diary Day- Read a Juv Fic, MG or YA book that is written as a diary or has a character that keeps a diary.

I just checked out The Diary of Pelly D, which I've been wanting to read for a while. Does anyone else have any suggestions for this theme?

Does a book of letters count? I thinking The Mislaid Magician or Ten Years Afterthis book! It is written as letters back and forth between cousin's!

Man! I wish, but I think we need to stick with diaries since it is Dear Diary Day. Sorry!

Rats Saw God is about a high school student who has to write a paper about himself and what he's doing and feeling. Published in 2007, it's a classic.

Don't know that one.... Hm....

I thought it was really good, but there's a lot of holes in the story. In this case I think it adds something to the telling, but I'm also hoping for a sequel that will answer the lingering questions.
