She isn't. You want to pick up her book. It is how how you can use these soulful meditations to stay young forever.
Better than Botulinus, for sure.

I'm already younger than springtime. In my mind, anyway. That mindset and arthritis medications are all I need to get through the next century.I have her book, but haven't read it yet.
Another ROBUST stalwart turning 29. Must be the air here.
Congratulations, Katie. Happy Birthday on the 6th of July.
(...it's long since the 6th in Australia!)

Thanks everyone! Y'all were on top of it, the birthday girl is a little belated in discovering this thread, but what's new? Katie! Why am I not surprised you are a fellow Cancer? I bet you fit the description better than me.
Happy happy birthday, dear soul. Hope you have as great a day as I did!
Champagne all round!! Except Kat, Aussie ginger ale for her...
Sharon wrote: Katie! Why am I not surprised you are a fellow Cancer? I bet you fit the description better than me.Yes, I'm really crabby!
Well, I've had a lovely day, thanks all. I hope you've all enjoyed the drinks. Happy Birthday, too, to the Dalai Lama, George W. Bush, Sylvester Stallone and Geoffrey Rush.
Who's next?
Kench, Kat!I seldom get crabby, but when I do, look out for my pincers!! (as y'all would know by now, grin). I have a hard time seeing Katie in the role, but that's not what I was referring to. I'm just not the nurturer who is the first to cook up a whole batch of comfort food. I'm the odd Cancer who does not really care to cook.
And you have to be really hurt or sick to get my sympathy. I don't do colds and the like...
Sharon, the more I get to know you, the more I see we have in common. I HATE cooking with a passion! And I really do have pincers, too, but I find they're more effective when I don't use them very often.
Katie, I was thinking the same thing, which is why I was not surprised to learn your birthday is so close to mine (though a year or two younger, grin). But I'm surprised to discover you HATE cooking as much as I do. Kench, Kat!
So who invented all those qualities we are supposed to have anyway?
Okay, I have to ask. What does kench mean? This Robust forum is the only place I've ever seen it used. My mind keeps on wanting to translate it as some variety of fish.Ah, birthdays... the passage of time, the candle slowly burning down...er, sorry! Happy birthday!
The fish you're thinking of is "tench", the doctor fish, Latin tinca tinca, a sort of carp, whereas "kench" is a barrel in which fish or skins are salted.
On ROBUST an obsolete meaning of "kench" is used, meaning to "laugh loudly".

Kench, Kat! Andre, too!Christopher wrote: "...Ah, birthdays... the passage of time, the candle slowly burning down...er, sorry! Happy birthday!"
Thanks, Christopher. I think. {{grin}}. At my age the candle seems to be burning ever faster. Which only serves to remind me to take care of my body/mind/soul.
