Although I have only begun to really delve deep into the ideas of Jewish ethics, I find it compelling.
The Jews have been developing ethical systems for thousands of years, and because they tend to be based on a God based world view, there is much less left in the grey areas, unlike secular ethical systems, that seem to be based on preferences and fashionable ideas of the time.
There is a heavy emphasis on the importance of communal harmony, as well a personal/family well-being.
