( ˘ ³˘)♥ Jay A large cabin filled with tables that are covered in paint and other artistic tools. It's more for recreation and fun than anything else.

€ℒᓰzᗩßℯЋ ツ Running his finger over his chin with one hand, Jake was leaning over a table with a pencil and pen, deep in thought. He hadn't really searched for any of the new cabin members yet, but he didn't really know what they looked like yet. He'll just have to do that later, Jake had tons of other work he could be doing at the moment, like his assignment. He'd taken off his beanie in here and had rolled up his sleeves since he was inside now. Jake's drink was sitting just outside the border of the paper he was working on, half-empty.

ℋɑƞƞɑℎ Anilee walked over to a cabin and peered at it. She had been wandering around the grounds trying to find her way around, maybe even talk to someone, but she hadn't found anyone since Jake an Charlotte. Her wings were starting to cramp up, but there was no way she would stretch them out here. If there was no one in the cabin she would. She pushed open the door and scanned the room. Mostly art stuff, she never really bothered with art most of the time. She scanned the room, then saw someone. Was it Jake? She thought so, but wasn't sure.

€ℒᓰzᗩßℯЋ ツ Glancing up from his drawing and saw Anillee standing in the doorway. "Hey Ani! How are you liking camp so far?" he asked, wondering if she was mad about the whole Charlotte business. It wasn't really has fault, but he did get tugged left and right all the time being a counselor, so hopefully she would understand.

message 5: by ℋɑƞƞɑℎ (new)

ℋɑƞƞɑℎ Anilee smiled brightly at him, dimples and all. "Hi Jake!" she replied, liking Ani. She shrugged, "so far, I've been trying to find my way around. Looking for other people to talk to. So far I think I like it," she replied as she walked towards him. "How are you liking counseling this year?" she asked him.

€ℒᓰzᗩßℯЋ ツ He nodded, remembering when he had first came to camp and how scared he had been. Probably not as open as Anilee was at the moment, she was pretty brave, "It's definitely different. Lot's more work, but I like it." Jake really did like his job, just more responsibility with it. The good part though? He had access to all areas of the camp now, that definitely was nice. His new room was really nice as well.

message 7: by ℋɑƞƞɑℎ (new)

ℋɑƞƞɑℎ Anilee nodded, "yeah, I bet. I guess as long as you like it that's all that matters," she said brightly. She stood by him and looked at all the art supplies on the table. The last time she had drawn for fun was when she was eight and she drew a picture for her parents, that had not ended well...she glanced over at his drawing, "what are you drawing?"

€ℒᓰzᗩßℯЋ ツ He shrugged, glancing down at his drawing again. "Yea, true." Ani definitely looked at the positive side of things, which was a pretty good quality to have at this kind of camp. Positive enough to get him to smile for a second. Following her eyes to his drawing, he slid it over to her, "Well, as counselor, I have to come up with a flag design for my cabin." he said, grimacing. He'd never had a harder design in his life.

message 9: by ℋɑƞƞɑℎ (new)

ℋɑƞƞɑℎ Anilee saw him smile for a second and smiled, pleased with the fact he smiled. She peered at the drawing, cocking her head to the side as she looked at it. "Well, it looks good so far," she nodded. "Our cabin can can be the cool cabin and ya know..." she said flirty with a smirk as she looked up at him. She didn't really mean to be a flirt, it just kind of came naturally.

€ℒᓰzᗩßℯЋ ツ Taking a sip of his drink, he nodded, "I already knew that, sweetheart, but I wanted to use the number 2 in it somehow..." Jake trialed off, drawing the number two sideways on the paper pretty big. Getting an idea, he connected both end with a loop with a lighter mark so it looked like an infinity sigh. "Hmm?" he asked, wondering what she thought.

message 11: by ℋɑƞƞɑℎ (new)

ℋɑƞƞɑℎ Anilee glanced at his drink then back at him. She smiled, "as long as you already knew that, we're good!" She watched him draw the the two and cocked her head to the side slightly. She looked at the finished two and her eyes lit up, "ooh! Yeah, I like it," she nodded excitedly, running her fingers lightly along the two. She really liked it.

€ℒᓰzᗩßℯЋ ツ He raised an eyebrow, then looked at it again. It had just been an experiment, but it actually did look pretty cool. Glancing around, he found a red marker and outlined the 2 hidden in the picture so it was more prominent. "Yea, I like it too. You think this will work?" he asked, not really sure if it was good enough to be their flag, Jake could always come up with something else.

message 13: by ℋɑƞƞɑℎ (new)

ℋɑƞƞɑℎ Anilee cocked her head again and peered at it, "it needs something else, but I don't know what else. To make it pop," she said thoughtfully, making a pop sound with her mouth, but not sure how he would react to it. "But I like it a lot," she adde as she looked at the picture, then back up at him.

€ℒᓰzᗩßℯЋ ツ He snorted and handed her the pencil, sliding past her and nudging her in front of the paper in his place. "Boys don't make things pop, that's your job." he said with a grin you just couldn't say no to. Truthfully, Jake had no idea what he could add to it and really wanted to get it off of his list of things to do.

message 15: by ℋɑƞƞɑℎ (new)

ℋɑƞƞɑℎ She rolled her eyes, "do you want me to butcher your pretty artwork?" Anilee asked cutely as she took the paper, she couldn't say no. She peered down at it and pursed her lips. She took the pencil and incredibly lightly, she drew straight lines so it looked like the two sign was popping out, but behind very careful not to draw over anything. She made sure it would be easy to erase. She arched an eerie and looked at him, a little nervously.

€ℒᓰzᗩßℯЋ ツ Crossing his arms, Jake watched her draw the lines and only answered her comment after she had finished, "Too late!" He took the paper and examined it, wondering if that could work. "That actually looks better. I knew you'd make it look better." He said, pulling out and bunch of different colored markers. The hard part was choosing the right colors though...

message 17: by ℋɑƞƞɑℎ (new)

ℋɑƞƞɑℎ Anilee was startin to get very, very nervous when he wasn't saying anything. "So it's okay?" she asked with a dimply smile. She peered at her drawing, then at the markers. "We need purple in it," she said matter of factly. "Only if you think it would be okay though," she smirked.

€ℒᓰzᗩßℯЋ ツ Raising an eyebrow, he didn't make a grab for any of them yet, "Fine, we can use purple. But under one condition, absolutely no girly things like crows, flowers, hearts, sparkles, and all that stuff." He added a smile and put his hand out for her to shake on it. Lately, he'd been making a few deals with people, but apparently people kept their word to them, so he'd keep using them then.

message 19: by ℋɑƞƞɑℎ (new)

ℋɑƞƞɑℎ Anilee stuck out he lower lip in a pout, "awwwh," she whined. She looked at him for a second before grinning. She took his hand and shook on it. "That is fine by me. I woudln't dream of it, as a matter of fact," she said as she wrinkled her nose.

€ℒᓰzᗩßℯЋ ツ "Oh really? I'll just have to watch you closely." he said, using his first two fingers in a V to give her the sign that meant, I'm watching you. Picking up the purple marker, Jake handed it to her then took another sip of his drink.

message 21: by ℋɑƞƞɑℎ (new)

ℋɑƞƞɑℎ Anilee looked him up and down and shrugged, "have fun," she smirked ad took the purple marker with a smile. She started coloring one of the strips happily. Maybe it was the faerie in her that made her such a flirt and, well not act her age. She glanced up at his cup, "what do you have?" she asked curiously as she colored.

€ℒᓰzᗩßℯЋ ツ Watching her draw on the page some more, he hoped that it would turn out good. If this one didn't work, Jake would probably draw the number 2 on a white page and would count that as their flag. Lifting up his drink, he smirked, "I don't think you'd want a sip. It's A positive."

message 23: by ℋɑƞƞɑℎ (new)

ℋɑƞƞɑℎ Anilee looked up and wrinkled her nose before she could stop herself. "A positive? Yeah, no I'm good..." she shook her head and went back to coloring every few strip purple. Then she would switch colors so it was in a pattern. Then it would probably end up crappy, she thought.

€ℒᓰzᗩßℯЋ ツ "Told you," he winked, taking a sip right in front of her just so she'd be grossed out. Hey, it wasn't his fault he was bitten and was forced to drink stuff like this. Although, he would never bite a live human for it, he just drank it from containers like this, less...bloody. Jake had only been turned for a year now and he still wasn't use to the red liquid. "Hey, it's looking good!" he commented brightly.

message 25: by ℋɑƞƞɑℎ (new)

ℋɑƞƞɑℎ Anilee shook her head and closed her eyes, but was still smiling, "nasty. Well, no I mean...for you I'm sure it's good, but from me; nasty." She went back to coloring. She eventually finished with the purple and smiled brightly up at him, "thank you! Now what color should I do? Maybe I'll do pink and add a whole bunch of hearts," she teased. "No, just kidding."

€ℒᓰzᗩßℯЋ ツ He shrugged and put the cup aside, "No, you're right. It's nasty to look at, I don't really taste anything though. But hey, a guy's got to live." Jake had explained this before and it was no different, she didn't really need to be worried about offending him or something. He shrugged, "Anything but the hearts, I think I'd be made fun of forever." The tough vampire Jake had pink and hearts on his cabin flag, yea...great.

message 27: by ℋɑƞƞɑℎ (new)

ℋɑƞƞɑℎ Anilee bit her lip and nodded, "yes. I think I'd be quite depressed if you died." It was the truth, since she couldn't exactly lie. That was not a good thing about being a faerie...it had gotten her in trouble, a lot. She smirked, "but Jaaaake," she whined as she grabbed a yellow and added a dot by the purple. "Okay?" she asked.

€ℒᓰzᗩßℯЋ ツ Letting out a short laugh, he nodded, "Agreed, I'd be quite depressed if I died too." Oh yea, Faeries couldn't lie. At least someone at this camp would miss him if he left besides his younger sister. He rolled his eyes as if she was a child and copied her tone, "Whaaaattt?" Looking down at the yellow she'd doted on the paper, he shrugged, "Can't you put in more manly colors like green or orange? Then it'd be purple for girls and manly color for the men." Jake personally would have gone for the blue color, so he picked it up and held it out to her.

message 29: by ℋɑƞƞɑℎ (new)

ℋɑƞƞɑℎ She beamed at his laugh and nodded, "of course you would." Anilee dropped her arms by her side, "I don't waaaaaaanna," she whined, even though it made no sense. She dropped her tone and shook her head. She crossed her arms and jutted out hr chin, "no," said simply, "I will not use orange or green, but I will use this blue," she smirked and took it and started coloring. To be quite honest, right now she resembled a mix between a hyperactive five year old and a puppy.

Charles opened the squeaky door and peeked his head inside. He saw two people leaning over some sort of design. "Er..." He awkwardly stepped inside and closed the door behind him. "Someone told me my counselor was here...?" He questioned.

€ℒᓰzᗩßℯЋ ツ "I was thinking the same thing." Jake replied, internally relieved that she had decided to use blue. He was quite fond of that color and thought that it'd look good with the purple. Now what color would the infinity two be? Hearing someone else walk in, he turned around and raised an eyebrow at the kid standing in the doorway. "Depends on what your name is, I only know people by name until I meet them. I'm Jake." he gave a small wave as introduction.

message 32: by ℋɑƞƞɑℎ (new)

ℋɑƞƞɑℎ Anilee nodded as she was coloring, it looked good with the purple. She liked it, a lot. She turned when Jake started talking and gave the guy a cute, dimply smile before returning to her coloring. "And I'm Anilee," she slipped in quickly, definitely a hyperactive five year old...

"Charlie. Charlie Davenport." Charlie introduced himself. He walked over the two of them. "That infinity sign would be cool as red, maybe." He shrugged. "Anyway, it's my first year and I was told to find Jake." He said solemnly. Charlie stared at the flag design with a certain look on his face. A thoughtful one, people would say.

€ℒᓰzᗩßℯЋ ツ "Ah, you're one of the two boys in my cabin. Nice to meet you Charlie." He said with a grin, then glanced back when he suggested trying it in red. That might actually look cool. He'd done half of it in red to bring out the two more, but making it all red might look cool too. "Yep, it's a good idea to meet the counselors when you arrive. Pretty much, you just need to follow all the curfew rules, can't leave the grounds without me or another counselor, and don't eat anyone else." Jake added the last part with a grin to let him know he was kidding...kind of.

"Wait...There are only two boys?! You're kidding...right? Maybe if I don't eat people more boys will join or be assigned or whatever." Charlie shuddered. The idea of being around nearly all girls for an entire summer scared him. Girls in general scared him. He shoved his hands in his pockets.

message 36: by ℋɑƞƞɑℎ (new)

ℋɑƞƞɑℎ Anilee smiled, two whole boys in their cabin! she thought sarcastically. "It's nice to meet you Charlie," she parroted. She had already started to take a liking to Jake and she was growing more and more comfortable around him. She nodded, "yeah, it would be. I could make the two a little thicker then..." she trailed off, she'd finish the blue first. She listened to the rules and nodded. "Eating people is wrong," she said matter of factly with a straight face, but it twitched into a smile quickly.

€ℒᓰzᗩßℯЋ ツ Jake thought for a moment, "Well, no. There's one more boy that's in our cabin that will be your roommate, I just wasn't counting myself. I technically don't actually stay in the cabin." He explained all this while watching Ani finish up coloring the stripes on the flag design. "Eating people? Happens once in a while, quite sad. But you might have a good theory there Charlie." he said, smirking. Anything to keep that idea out of his head. At least Anilee thought it was gross...

message 38: by ℋɑƞƞɑℎ (new)

ℋɑƞƞɑℎ Anilee wrinkled her nose at the thought of eating people. She did not like that picture...she finally finished the stripes and made sure all the colors were perfect. She nodded thoughtfully, maybe more boys would show up. She picked up the red marker and made the two a little thicker, then with the line connecting it, she wrote in tiny letters 'cool cabin.' she smirked, it was thin enough that she could just draw a line through it if no one wanted it.

Charlie snorted. "You must be quite the chick magnet, huh? To have a bunch of girls hanging around you all the time." He motioned toward Anilee. Charlie looked at the flag design and cracked a small smile at the "Cool Cabin" written in tiny letters. He dragged at finger across them, reminiscing.

€ℒᓰzᗩßℯЋ ツ tilting his head up like all the cool guys do, Jake wiggled his eyebrows, "What can I say? It's a talent." Of course, he was totally kidding, he didn't really notice all the attention most of the time and didn't really care much for it anyway, it was just the members of his cabin. He shrugged when he motioned Ani, then saw what Charlie was looking at and a grin spread on his face, then looked down at Ani, "Should have figured you'd put something like that on there. Well, at least it's not hearts."

Charlie laughed quietly. He could tell he was going to get along with Jake this summer. "So who else is your group?" Maybe he could find a girl this summer and everything that happened the previous year would go away. At least he hoped so.

((I have something totally awkward planned out for him...))

message 42: by ℋɑƞƞɑℎ (new)

ℋɑƞƞɑℎ Anilee rolled her eyes at their conversation. "Maybe I'll leave then you won't be a ladies man," she said matter-of-factually with a smirk, she was kidding though. Kidding wasn't exactly lying. She had learned a lot of loop holes around the whole lying thing. She looked at Charlie motioning to her and made a face at him like the five year old she was before grinning. She looked up at Jake proudly, "'cause we are the cool cabin. But if you don't like it I'll draw through it."

€ℒᓰzᗩßℯЋ ツ Thinking for a moment, Jake grabbed his bag sitting not too far away and pulled out his clipboard just to make sure he didn't skip anyone. Before reading them, he rolled his eyes teasingly at Anilee, but would have kind of felt bad because that would have been her second time leaving. He actually liked talking to her. Looking back at the clipboard, he read all the names, "Okay, we have Rochelle, Charlotte, Stella, Anilee, Jullianna, you, Kaden...and a few other students that I haven't gotten the names to yet." he said, putting the clipboard and shaking his head at Ani's comment, "No way, that is totally staying on there. Makes it look more...cool."

Kathryn (imweirdgetusedtoit) Carter passed by the Art Hall, and paused for a minute. Art...clay? Maybe they would have some extra. It wouldn't hurt to look. And it would probably be safer than using the outdoors. Without a second through, Carter entered the hall, and started looking around. Everything was laid out throughout the hall, so he started at one end and started walking along the sides, looking for clay.

message 45: by rose (new)

rose (rose33) Katie walked into the Art Hall behind Carter, automatically passing him and moving right towards her usual spot. Her encounter with Tyrese was starting to bother her. Sometimes she was she wasn't so rude to people on purpose..the other and more dominant part knew she just didn't want to have friends. Because they die. And then your hurt forever.

So she found herself pushing clay into the table, shaping something. She'd figure out what it was turning into later.

message 46: by Kathryn (new)

Kathryn (imweirdgetusedtoit) As he walked down the side of the hall, Carter still couldn't find what he was looking for. It had to be here somewhere. No one had really talked to him about his power, and it was starting to annoy him. There was something about it he was missing, and it was nagging at him. Carter shook out his hands at his side, trying to get himself to relax. Without meaning to, he moved the clay that Katie was working on, so it slid off the table and plopped on the floor.

message 47: by rose (new)

rose (rose33) Katie's brow furrowed in confusion, and she picked it up slowly. It was still wiggling, and she dropped it-eyes wide. She stood up, surprised to see feet on the other side of the table. "Do you mind?" she asked, raising her eyebrows. "What are you? Sardonic? That was kind of rude." Katie assumed this had been his fault, by the look on his face.

message 48: by Kathryn (new)

Kathryn (imweirdgetusedtoit) Carter stepped back, as surprised as she was. "S..sorry." He stammered, still staring at the clay. He looked down at his hands, almost like they didn't belong to him. What was wrong with him? "It was an accident." He said, dropping his hands to his sides and looking at her. "It won't happen again." Hopefully He thought to himself.

message 49: by rose (new)

rose (rose33) Katie thought about throwing the clay at him, since he had just ruined what ever her piece would have been-but she resisted, picking up a new one. "Its fine." she sighed, shaking her head. She wasn't her usually brash self anymore. How was she supposed to be off putting when she was sad?

message 50: by Kathryn (new)

Kathryn (imweirdgetusedtoit) Carter eyed the clay she set aside, and then glanced at her. "May I...?" He asked, point to the clay. It was still wiggling, like it wanted to jump at him. Carter didn't know what to think about it. He'd accidentaly moved trees and rocks before, sometimes dirt, but clay had never acted like it was alive before...what did that mean?
