Appearance: Normally has blond hair that is almost white with blue eyes like Nimueh from Merlin but when using her powers her skin goes all bluish white and her eyes glow.

Powers: Can make it rain very hard (like getting hit by a fire hose on full blast) and can sometimes even make it hail and snow. Can also swim ooper fast and breath underwater (Percy Jackson-ish abilities)
