Inspiration can come from anywhere: Nature, music, a memory, even a school research paper. What inspires you to write?

Things that happen in my life, such as things that get me down. Writing helps me pick up the pieces and give my own input on my life without getting myself in trouble...
MY LIST IS HUGE! Movies, songs, books, newspaper clips, quotes.
Songs, mostly...sometimes news/current events.
