It has a green cover instead of a blue cover. I read this for another group so I can read the second book in August for the same group.

This book surprised me. It blew me away. I liked it a lot. It is not for the the under 18 group (very adult situations) and not for the faint at heart.

The author's imagination is remarkable. The last seven or eight chapters had me absolutely spellbound. I did not want to put it down until I finished. It is a dark tale but so well done that it captivates you.

I gave the book 4 stars and look forward to reading about Lanny's continuing journey to redemption.

This is a great book. I can't really explain why I love it, I just do. I'm looking forward to read the third book in the series, I was a bit upset when the book release was post-poned.
