Tania bounced down the lawn towards the place they were meeting by the wompingbwillow.

Lyntar stood near it

Demitri gathered with his glass a safe distance away from the tree that was not yet awake. The sky was calm with dark coulds, looking like cotton that was dipped in gigar ash. "Alright class. Those who want to get a sample of the tree, come with me. Other who don't want to get near it, stay here." He said, pointing. "And remember. Queer man." He said, chewing on his lip.

Tania folowed the proffessor wwiith extremme caution.

Demitri stayed still, watching his class section off. Tania came to him, and he grinned absentmindedly at her.

Tania smiled back happily.

Iris searched the ground, looking for a long stick, so she could poke the knob teddy once told her about.

Tania followed the group towards the tree.

Demitri reached into his jacket pocket and took out a few glass vials. "Put the branch in this. Spread out evenly so you all get different areas of the tree, and-listen closely now- If any of you see any sort of movement from the tree, alert one and other, and come back to this spot." He said sternly, handing the long and large glass vials out.

Tania took the vial and carefully walked over to a branch.

Iris located a stick happily, and pretended to be trying to get a sample on the other side.

Lyntar ran over to a branch and poked it.

Amy took one of the vials. She slowly aproached the tree, as you would do with a wolf. She got a small peice of bark.

Demitri caught site of Iris, and put a hand on his hip, raising an eyebrow at her. "Come take a vial if you insist!" He yelled across the yard to the girl. "And put the bloody stick down."

Boo *LOKI* wrote: "Lyntar ran over to a branch and poked it."

"And you be careful! I've got no sanity for that this morning!" He said, rubbing his forhead.

Amy came up and presented him with the vial. "I didn't even break an arm!" she joked.

Lyntar nodded and went closer, slowly. He grabbed the branch and tried to snap a twig off. The giant branch swung around and knocked into his gut, then wrapped around hi and flung through the air. He screamed and the willow threw him into the air. He could see the world below him, getting closer as he fell

Iris sighed heavily, giving up and took a vial, and collected a piece of a lead she ripped from a branch, and handed it back to the professor.

Amy bewitched her cloak to soar under Lyntar, so if he fell, he would not hit the ground.

"Oof" Lyntar said as he landed on the cloak "Thanks!!!!"

Demitri watched, a blank expression coming over his face. "And now we go back. Gather up class, and thank Lyntar for the shortest class visit on the records!" He said turning on his heel, and starting to lead the class back to the greenhouse.

Lyntar raised an eyebrow at his comment, falling the few feet left. Then he pulled a twig off his robes and ran up to Demitri, handing him the twig "I got it!"

He took it graciously, and smiled, despite his cold words. "Very well! We can all have these tested." He said happily, patting Lyntar on the shoulder. "Oh, and class? Once we get back, I have some important news to speak with all of you about." He said.

Lyntar smiled

Tania walked back to the group and listened as the proffessor spoke. She was excited to find out what he wannted to tell them.

"Imprtant good or important bad?" asked Amy, fastening her cloak.

"Maybe somewhere in the middle." Was all he said before they reached the greenhouse. Demitri was greaty happy they were away from the tree.

Spirios duck thru the branches, and carefully plucked one. "I gotcha!"

Spirios disappeared, then reappeared next to James.

"Actually, no. Side-along apparaition!"
