The Fairy-Faith in Celtic Countries is an oldie but a goodie. Mainly sidhe related though, not so much on flowers.

have a look at Google books, including authors such as T. F. Thiselton-Dyer.

A Compendium of Magickal Practice from Ethics to Sex has a very good section on fairy magick which talks about fairy flowers.
