balloon?? er...get a little kid to lose his balloon and then get him to chase it and get lost in the crowd from his momma and then get him kiddnapped by a balloon seller who turns him into helium and fills him into a balloon and then he releases the boy-balloon and now he just floats about stealing kids candies at night.
