Academy for Troubled Wizards discussion

Sarah entered the library and sat down in an armchair. It was her first day here at the academy and she really needed help getting around, but so far she hadn't met anyone that was around her age.

Jane walked into the library. She saw a girl in an armchair. She didn't recognize her so she must be new.
"Hello," she said.

Sarah smiled and looked up at the girl, "Hey, you're the first person to talk to me today." she added with another smile.

Jane nodded a small smile on her face. She snapped her fingers and a book popped out of the shelf. She caught it in mid air and walked over to the girl. "My name is Jane."

Isabelle entered and sighed softly. She wanted to go where she could actucally talk to someone normal and not have a feeling of thinking she had to go get a guy. Somehow she just figured going to get herbs there was a guy and girl over there. She went over to a table and picked a book up and pretened to read it. She couldn't help but easvedrop on the conversation they were going to have. She looked down at izzy siting on her shoulder.

"I'm Sarah," she offered the girl a smile and motioned a book off of the shelf and into her hands.

Leo walked into the Library, his nose still buried in his book. He sat in an armchair and flopped his legs over the side, how he always did. He flipped the page silently, not noticing if anyone else was in the room. "Page 85," he said to himself quietly.

Isabelle looked around her and couldn't help but feel bored out of her mind. She saw a guy walked in and smirked. "Now I can actucally have fun or so. I feel so damn bored. Boredom sucks as hell! Who are you?" she asked the guy who walked in and sat down. She spun herself around and faced the guy.

"I'm a person, obviously," Leo said distantly, turning the page again. "But if you want a name, it's Leo. 86." He kept reading, totally engrossed in the world of Tuck.

Isabelle giggled. "I knew you were a person. I meant your name boy. Leo sounds unqie. Ah reading I see. Interested. Oh well what do you recommend for a person who loves a good mystery or romance. If you read a romance. I'm Isabelle." She got off and went to another table and couldn't help watching him. She actucally felt intrigued in this boy.

Sarah turned to see a guy about her age, reading in an armchair. She had to admit, he was very cute, but she did nothing except bite her lip and smile to herself.

Leo glanced up at the room, then his eyes widened when he saw it had a lot of girls in there. He grinned crookedly, shaking his head. "So many girls," he said softly, putting his book on the table. He looked at Isabelle. "For your question, I recommend The Princess Bride. I loved that book. And you," he pointed to the other girl in the chair, "hi."

Sarah looked at the boy, "Hello, what's your name?" she asked with a smile.

Isabelle grinned and wanted somehow to like this guy. She looked at the other girl and glared a little. She flet jealously coming on. Oh well I might win at love or even this. She told herself. She smirked darkly looking at the girl. She rather talk to this guy more. "Ah and you would say that but only one guy. Who wouldn't help jealously coming on Leo." She smirked at him. "I've heard its good. I got to try it out for myself. Would you say the same about sherlock holmes?" She asked intrigued. She somehow wanted to talk to this guy more than ever.

"Leo," he said, starting to move his feet absently. He did that a lot.

((Oooohh, I see a love triangle type thing going on..haha(:))

"My name's Sarah," she looked up to see another girl glaring at her, although she wasn't really sure why.

"Jane," Jane said, putting herself in the conversation. She smiled at the Leo, "And I agree the Princess Bride is a great book."

Isabelle glared at sarah wanting to talk to him all by herself. Oh well this makes it harder. Now I'm going to have to pull all my tricks out I see. She laughed softly. "hey there. So your sarah and jane. Nice to meet you both. I'm Isabelle. And you read princess bride? So you like it then a whole lot. "She looked up at sarah and gritted her teeth smiling a little weirdly.

((ah tell me about it kiersten oh i cant wait to see what this drama unfolds :D ))

Leo smiled. At least theses girls weren't night crawlers. "I love Sherlock Homes. And the Princess Bride was amazing. First book I ever bought. And hello Sarah, Jane, Isabelle." He nodded to each of them in order. "Then, of course, Tuck Everlasting."

Sarah continued to look at the girl, who seemed to still be glaring at her. She shifted her gaze back to Leo after a moment, though.

Jane felt the tension between the two girls but kept herself out of that, "Wow Tuck Everlasting too!" she smiled. "It's one of my favorites."

"I'm reading it now," Leo said, holding up his book. "Brought it from home."

Jane nodded, "That's cool. So I'm guessing you really like books then?"

((oh i luv this love drama its like really fun watching it unfold and i dont feel bored out of my mind))


Isabelle gasped softly. "Oh my gosh! I love tuck everlasting. It was my favorite book. I loved Jesse. He was my favorite. But I don't want to ruin the end. Hey sarah you ever read it?" She asked and stopped glaring and smiled a nice smile. "And sherlock is my favorite besides tuck everlasting. I always did love his funny comments. Or I can always go for hamlet or nicholas nickleby. You guys have got to read it. It's by charles dickens best play I've ever read from him." She grinned. She didn't want to fight with sarah so she just was friendly.

Sarah mentally rolled her eyes, Isabelle really was a flirt. "Actually, I have not," she admitted with a small smile.

Leo smiled, nodding. "Love 'em. Much more than my own family most of the time," he said, starting to get comfortable with them. "I love Dylan Thomas, Edgar Allen Poe, and, of course, Tennasyn. I am the best poet I know." He opened his book and popped in a bookmark, which was just an old peice of paper from his notebook.

"Hamlet is definitely tragic. But I feel bad for his lover Ophelia." Jane said.

Isabelle grinned and laughed softly. She looked back at her and was not trying to be a flirt. She was never a flirt. She was actucally really dark and hated flirting and love. But somehow she felt her heart melting and not becoming like ice. She looked at sarah. "Sarah to tell you truth I'm not always like this. I'm actucally what you would say a very bad girl. I've never been truly in love till today. I am not always happy I'm dark. It's the honest truth. It truly is. Oh you should. I say you'll love it but it will make you cry. You've got to get it. I'll get it for you." She looked and saw there was a copy on the desk and giggled softly. She went over and handed her book. "When your done with the book tell me what you think of it."

((I'm still on the fourth mortal instruments book, but I can't wait to read COLS(:))

Sarah smiled at Isabelle and skimmed through the book, "Thank you." she said as she set the book down.

Jane sighed. She felt sort of ignored. She looked over at the book shelf and made a few of her favorites come to her.
Wuthering Heights, Moby Dick, and treasure Island flew over along with others.

"Oh well then you've got to read all of charles dickens. My family thought I was mad when I read hamlet or romeo and juliet. I've never read of dylan thomas? What's his type or his works. And the only I know by edgar allen poe is the raven and tell tale heart. Oh ophelia is such a sad thing she died. But you also got to try julius ceasr or david copperfield. Makes you think our magic is more real than his magic." She laughed at the thought.

"I love that name. Ophelia," Leo said, standing up. He had to find something else to read. He started to wander the shelves, looking for anything. Then he found one that sounded pretty good. Right Behind You by Gail Giles. He plucked it off the shelf and and held it.

"Hamlet was so selfish for bringing harm upon himself in his time of grief. He lost all that he loved," Jane commented. "Oh and as for Edgar Allen Poe I don't read that sort of thing. Too dreary for me."

"Yes it's a beautiful name..." Jane mused, flipping through her book.

((aww i want to read it Ugg -____- i want to read lost souls and find about jace. i got to know about jace or i will die of depseration for a good book or the ending. U only making me want to read it more raine. U are ugg that's all i got *sighs in defeat and head hits the wall))


Isabelle laughed softly. "Oh jane you picked a good one. I mean a truly good couple of books. oh I got to get nicholas nickelby, julius ceasr, macebeth is my fav to. You just want a good book now leo. Now here is muy favorite qute from nicholas." She takes the book she had in her hand and flips to the page. "Ah here it is. The sun does not shine upon this earth to meet frowning eyes, depend upon it. Or my other is for gold conjures up a mist about a man, more destructive of all his old senses and lulling to his feelings than the fumes of charcoal." She smirked at the qutes she just said.

((Then we have to read City of Heavenly Fire after CoLS. :P Then the Dark Artifices.))

Leo smiled, then tried to remember his favorite Dylan Thomas poem. "Do not go gentle into that good night. Rage rage against the dying of the light," he quoted, starting to head out of the library. He figured he might as well start quoting stuff if everyone else was.

((Ugh, yeah. I forgot about that. Then we have to watch the movie! :D))

((I am so psyched for the movie!! Ahhhhh! But I don't like the person who they cast for Jace, hopefully he will get a haircut before they start filming. :D))

((i havent even heard of that one at all yet raine. oh you mean the instrumental series right? like clockwork prince and then clockwork princess am i right? its like you losing me O.o))


Isabelle grinned. "Such a delight. Oh i love it. Hey leo still want to have fun with sarah and I. You leaving so early. We were all still having fun. Is dylan thomas horror poems? Or fantasy. It sounds like them both." She forwned when she saw him leaving.

((It's called the Infernal Devices. It's a prequel series to the Mortal Instruments series. (:))

((yeah my bad i havent read it in ages that im forgetting whats it called haha i cant remember. omg there's a movie for the first movie of mis? whose playing jace i got to know ))

"Not really. Sort of horror, if you classify life as horror," Leo said, shrugging. He was having fun too, but he didn't like being around people to much, which was bad when you had eight siblings, himself included. "And I'm just going to grab something real quick. Back in a flash." Then he walked out of the Library, heading toward the boys dorms.

((Wait, do you mean no fricking way, that's awesome or no fricking way that sucks?! :D))

((i mean as in no fricking way that sucks i wanted alex pettyer *pouts* no fair no fair! Grrr -__- omg i seriously got to read clockwork princess and then the last one i got to read a lot more for summer))


"Oh well I classify life as both of it. Yeah I bet you are. Your just going to run away and leave us all alone and behind I bet." She said before he left. She was used to guys leaving her but not like this. She just couldn't take it and got use to it from her brother but not other guys.

((I know right, that's exactly who I wanted to play him, but nooo he had to deny the role. :( ))

Leo walked in, a little calmer than he was earlier. He gave a small smile as he slid in. "Sorry about that. I had to go get something," he apologized.
