Here is where the Association, thats what the gifted in it call in, live. The association is an agency that was created to attract Gifted ones in order to create an army to take down the gifted prison, once and for all. They do not force people to join, though most do choose to become apart of it, seeing it as a steady cause to fuel their hatred towards the jail in. They are provided with a roof over their head, fresh well water, and food.
