Do cookbooks count? If so, I love Vegan Cookies Invade Your Cookie Jar: 100 Dairy-Free Recipes for Everyone's Favorite Treats. It has lots of great recipes that are thankfully idiot proof, otherwise I'd burn my kitchen down by accident! Also, I've just started reading Animal Liberation by Peter Singer, and I like it a lot.

Hey, could you please book titles in as links? People really apppreciate those for if they want to look into a book.

Thanks! And to answer your question, cookbooks go in the cookbooks section, this one is for all other kinds of non-fiction. I've heard the Singer book is good.
Oh, I just remembered another book that I recently purchased: Vegan for Life: Everything You Need to Know to Be Healthy and Fit on a Plant-Based Diet. I haven't read it cover to cover yet, but I have read some chapters from it. It's a very well written nutrition and food guide for vegans/those interested in veganism. It has info on everything from vegan athletes to pregnancies, and makes a great reference book.
I am fond of Diet for a Hot Planet: The Climate Crisis at the End of Your Fork and What You Can Do about It. While not specifically a vegetarian book it deals with the environmental impact of factory farming. I also enjoyed Why We Love Dogs, Eat Pigs, and Wear Cows: An Introduction to Carnism: The Belief System That Enables Us to Eat Some Animals and Not Otherswhich is very enlightening about attitudes towards animals.
Also dipping in and out of Vegan Freak: Being Vegan in a Non-Vegan World. Gives good advice to new vegans on how to deal with a world that isn't very vegan friendly.
A book about animal rights and veganism. If you want, you can help me with the realization of this project, through donating, sharing the page, telling others etc. Go there and have a look :)

I listened to The Pig Who Sang to the Moon: The Emotional World of Farm Animals as an audiobook and really enjoyed it. I plan on reading The Good Good Pig: The Extraordinary Life of Christopher Hogwood soon.
