If you want to make one you can do anything you like but if you want to RP I would suggest Halo.

Can I add a rule, where you are only allowed to have your charrie in one place at a time? It's getting confusing in some places.

Format of the RP? and anyone with permission from one of the mods can make a discussion.

Like 1st person and 3rd person? then ask all of the mods.
