Books + Movies + Tv Shows = Awesome!!! discussion

Anybody seen this? I watched it last night and it was pretty good. I realize it's American Politics but the story itself was good. Shows how someone can start with good intentions and then wind up owing everybody just to reach their goals. Not to mention that a person can appear clean cut and proper but is really a dirty scum bag. It's sad but I'm sure dirty politics is the norm.

I thought that was an odd movie

This is something that i have seen advertised quite a lot on television, but being quite a serious & political film i am not sure that i would enjoy it greatly.

I can imagine that many viewers will want to see it for the simple reason that George Clooney is in it, and for this role i am sure that it plays to his strengths. I would just be a little bored. x
