Rachel Eliason (RachelEliason) Here is the proposed cover to my first novel. I am looking for honest opinions, good, bad or indifferent. Thanks for you input.

Aleksandr Voinov (vashtan) Contemporary, sleek. Says "chiclit" to me. Is that correct?

Ella (ellarosewood) | 5 comments Very girly. It looks really good though! I like it!

Rachel Eliason (RachelEliason) It's YA about a trans girl. Girly is good, Chiclit gets half credit. ;)

I don't really like it. Too bright and doesn't really follow what's popular in YA trends right now. Not that you have to do that, but a good cover does sell books. May I suggest someone who creates beautiful, eye-catching book covers? Parajunkee Designs

Rachel Eliason (RachelEliason) Thanks to everyone for the input. I have an idea or two of my own and I think I need to explore them before using this one.

Christopher Grey (greyauthor) | 34 comments It's a nice design, but does it convey the story? I'm assuming YA transgender may not be the Sex in the City tone this cover implies.

Catherine Bennett | 3 comments A little hard on the eyes. Once I focused I understood that it was "Run" and not "Bun". It looks a bit kiddish.
