Warehouse 14 is located in the Tetons of Wyoming. All agents live in a Warehouse-run "bed and breakfast" in Alta, Wyoming. The Warehouse is a massive, top-secret storage facility in South Dakota that houses supernatural artifacts, mysterious relics, and supernatural souvenirs collected by the U.S. Government.

At the B&B, the new employees of Warehouse 14 had just arrived. Charles Kenneth Nelson, the agent in charge of the new Warehouse, stood before the door, his hands clasped before him in an official manner, very similar to the posture of Secret Service agents on duty. He gave the newcomers a smile, waiting for them to gather around him.

Lupine Estill (psychesp) | 15 comments Antona rushed down the stairs of the Bed and Breakfast, pulling on her jacket as she did so. She came to a halt just behind Charles and moved forward to stand behind him. "Hey Charlie, I thought no one was supposed to get here for another hour or so... It's a little early in the morning isn't it?" she murmured into the older man's ear, hoping to weasel an explanation out of him. It was rare to have more than one recruit at a time, let alone all within the same hour. She leaned back a bit, but retained her position next to her superior.

((Sorry, I'm trying not to do too much to the scene just yet, tell me if anything isn't ok.))

"Patience child..." Charles grumbled, attempting to shoo the girl towards the others. They—him and the Regents—had needed some immediate help gathering the most dangerous artifacts with known locations, and Antona had been the first potential agent they'd found. She had yet to disappoint him, but he'd kept his approval hidden from her, this was still a trial run.

☆Lily *Aria* Sokai☆ (lilysokai) | 41 comments Patricia poked her head into the lobby of her B&B, a slightly worried expression on her aged features. Murmurings from the other customers in the dining hall floated through the building, though she had arranged for the agents to have their meeting in that spot specifically because the room was sound dampened; so when guests came in at the middle of the night they wouldn't wake everyone up. "Hopefully, they won't rouse too much attention with whatever techno-bologna those crazies have planned..." She mumbled to herself as she went back to her cooking duties.

Matias quietly sat at the foot of the stairs, his foot tapping silently as he never let his heel touch the ground. This is boring. He thought to himself with a yawn, scratching his forehead before looking around. He wanted to get back to the Warehouse; it was pulling at him like siren call while telling him to check, double check and triple check that everything was okay. A sigh under his breath and a hand to his forehead sent a clear message of annoyance, causing the impulse to quiet down a bit. Thank you. And then he was back to watching the people around him for a sign that he could speak again.

Lupine Estill (psychesp) | 15 comments From across the increasingly crowded small room, Antona's attention was caught as Matias brought a hand to his forehead, seemingly distressed. Keeping as much composure as possible, she slid away from her mentor and took a route along one of the back walls so that she could make her way to the other side of the room without disrupting anything. She halted at the stairway, standing at the foot of the stairs, one hand resting idly on the railing rather than sitting. "Is something going on?" she inquired, her voice no louder than a proper whisper. Her eyes remained steadily rested on Charles as she spoke so as not to draw attention. Even in the relatively brief time she had been at the Warehouse, she had come to know of the caretaker's near supernatural connection to the place and the artifacts it contained.

((Sorry guys, school started. I'll stop being lazy and post something. If things are moving too slowly, Lupine, you have permission to use my character.))

Charles Nelson cleared his throat to get everyone's attention. After a small silence, he spoke. "Assuming you all know why you're here, I have no doubt that you are anxious to get started. If you leave your things here, they will be taken care of without delay while I show you around." He started towards the door, expecting Antona to get everyone to follow him to the cars. "To the Warehouse!" he muttered dramatically to himself, though under his breath, only to himself, and possibly to Antona.

Matias, though slightly distracted, nodded towards Anotona's quiet question. "I'm fine." He replied in a whisper, removing his hand as the headache subsided. A smart grin lifted the corners of his lips. "The wife was just PMS'ing. 'Per usual." Though it was a cool ability, being connected to the Warehouse, he had to admit- being anywhere outside of the Warehouse made him... Nervous. Easily. And it wasn't even actually him feeling the nervousness; it was the WH itself, worrying that something would happen to him. When Matias saw Charles begin to lead everyone out of the B&B, he immediately made the connection of heading back home; the unwitting tension in his chest loosening slightly. I wonder if this is what it's like to be married. He thought, not at all jealous of committed men, getting to his feet and following the flow of people to the cars out front.
