Maia walked in and breathed a sigh of relief. most people were still at dinner. "thank god." she murmured to herself. she walked over to one of the best seats by the fire, and pulled out her stuff. she started writing the 5 foot long essay for ancient runes.
Jasmine walks into the common room exhausted.
"oh gods." maia whispered to herself, noticing Jasmine. she hoped Jasmine wouldnt notice her, but doubted it with her glowing skin.
Jasmine sits down and reads her history of magic book. Not noticing anyone else in the common room.
"oh good." she said, and went back to writing the essay.
She keeps reading feeling homesick still. She ignores the feeling and keeps reading.
after about 30 minutes, she finished her essay. she started on an extremely complicated number chart for arithmancy.
Jasmine keeps reading but switches her history of magic book, into her charms book reading the next lesson.
She finished her chart and looked at her watch. "crap!" she said, and raced up to get her broom. she raced down to the quidditch pitch.
Maia walked in through the portrait hole. she waved at tyler, and went to sit at her chair by the fire. she pulled out her transfiguration notes to study.
Tyler puts up his broom and sits down.
she rolled her eyes at Tyler.
"What?" He said taing out his DADA book.
she looked up, "what?" she asked innocently. she had a spot of ink on her nose from her essay that she was writing.
"You roled your eyes at me" He said.
"no i didn't!" she said, running her fingers through her hair.
"I saw it" He said writing in his book.
"ok, fine, i was rolling my eyes at the fact that you were studying defense when we dont have that till the day after tomorrow." she snapped, and went back to writing her essay, it was 4 feet long and she had 2 feet to go.
"Do we have to have the classes to study?" He asked.
"we dont have to, but i know for a fact that you havent done your transfiguration homework, and its a 6 foot essay." she said.

"Fine" He said taking out some stuff.

she rolled her eyes and laughed, going back to the essay.
"finished." she muttered, then pulled out her charms homework, starting on that. luckily it wasn't very much.
After 30 minutes he fineshed all his homework.
she finished her charms and opened up a book. noticing him being done she rolled her eyes again, and asked, "do you want me to edit for you? if you went that fast you obviously werent paying attention to the grammar." she asked, amused.
May walked into the room and puts her clothes away and rest for alittle.

((so shes in the dormitory, common room doesnt have beds... its couches and chairs, and desks... and how old is she?))
((ok)) "i have to get something from my dorm" she said to Tyler and walked up the stairs to her dorm. she opened the door and noticed May "oh, hello May, you feeling all right?" she asked her.
May woke and smiled'yes I'm fine thank.How are you"(what is her name?)
((Maia, some people call her Mai))"im good, how was your day? what classes did you have?" she asked.
(ok thanks)"thats good and my day is going well",May smiled and sat up straight"I'm not sure yet"she looked down at the floor.
"you dont know what classes you had today?" she asked, confused((oh, im not sure you know this, but its evening))
(ok)"well I slept in..but I think that you and I have some classes together",May said to Mai.
May looked over at Tyler and smiled alittle.
((wait, Tyler is still in the common room, right? and theyre in the dormitories right?))"yeah, we did. we had Potions, and Arithmancy together." she said, not really getting why May was pretending it was morning.
(they are all in the common room..I think)May sighed and stood up walking over to her"sorry I skipped"
((but if May was in bed... then she wouldnt have been in the common room.))"Why on earth? i mean, we have NEWT's coming up." she asked, incredulous,
(I forgot what the common room was)May sighed and blinked"what.."
((have you guys read these books?)) "N-E-W-T's." she said slowly, hoping that would ring a bell.
(nope)May's face went red and she did not say a word.
