CASTING CALL: CHARACTERS WELCOMED discussion

The character for Alpha Male August is none other that Roarke [the Irish, uber-billionaire, super sexy, criminally inclined hero w/ romantic tendencies] from J.D. Robb's In Death series.

So here's the question with everything you know about Roarke what do you absolutely like/love about him?

What's not to love? Top reasons for me intelligence, loyalty, & empathy. (He's been among my top 3 fav male characters since I read bk 1 years ago)

I agree but I think what I love most is that even though it kills him to sometimes he'll bully Eve into taking care of herself when she's hurt or sick...I just love that quality in anyone.

Roarke!! Yaay! Lets see: good looking Irish semi-GOD who pretty much owns the entire galaxy, is loving and loyal and oh yeah let's not forget: he's a bad boy who's obeying the law because of eve and 'cos its fun ... I think he's pretty much close to perfection =D

You know just 'cos of Nora Roberts I've been having this real desperate urge to visit Ireland (they seem to have the most good looking guys there :P ) I really, really wanna know if I find a Roarke there! lol!

When I finally get around to visiting Ireland (hopefully next year *fingers crossed* ) Ireland tourism department should give sme percentage of profit to Nora hereself :P :P
