Name:

Appearance:(Link or picture):

(The 'skills and how did he/she win the games' are most improtant so, make it interesting! Thanks)

message 2: by [deleted user] (last edited Aug 05, 2012 02:28PM) (new)

Name: Amy Hasth

Age: 21

District: 2

What Hunger Games he/she won?: the 81st Hunger Games

Appearance: Now: (view spoiler)
http://images2.fanpop.com/images/phot...
When she was in the games: (view spoiler)

Skills: She was trained at the academy to show no mercy. She was well rounded and didn't just pay attention to weapons, but also survival. She studied poisonous plants in secret as well, which is how she took out many of her victims.
She is still very active, training at the Academy to influence the younger soon to be tributes so they will also win like her. She plans on giving her tributes tips on how to win, but pick one of the two to take under her wing. The girl from District 2 requested her, so she plans to make sure she comes out alive and better than ever. She rarely fails.

How she won her games: She played the tough innocent girl who could hold her own, and was very flirtatious with the last standing male, from District 1. She seducively drew him in and cooked him a dinner, as they were in the final 3. She used a sickly sweet poison berry to kill him slowly. She watched him die a slow painful death and kissed him until he realized he was dying. She told him, 'I never loved you, not once,' before leaving their camp ground to find the last tribute, who was off hiding in the woods. She killed the 14 year old girl by using small introcite knives. She cut off each of her fingers, the started cutting her face before cutting her neck in a fluent motion.

Words of encouragement to her tribute: Show no mercy, give 'em a good show, come out on top. We'll be watching.

Faith Noelle Smith Very good! So, the distirct two mentor is Primniss!

message 4: by Faith Noelle (new)

 Faith Noelle Smith ((Yup!))

message 5: by [deleted user] (new)

((Cool!))

message 6: by Ross (new)

Ross Bauer (nightlightknight) Just checking, but there's no age restriction that determines what age a tribute is to compete in the Hunger Games right? Coz then Amy would have been 13 when she won.

message 7: by Caroline (new)

Caroline (godwithus) Hum.... Well its years after they become one right? You could bump her age up to 19?

message 8: by Faith Noelle (new)

Faith Noelle Smith Woolfie, well it depends what age are you making he as a mentor? Because if you wantted to she could be a mentor at 13 but have an adult to help her with some of the things? Or, chnage her age from when she won the games.

message 9: by Ross (new)

Ross Bauer (nightlightknight) Well I suppose she could win the Hunger Games at 13, and be a mentor the following year, it's all about experience right and the reaping doesn't seem to take into account any age limitations does it?

message 10: by Ella, (2nd mod) (new)

Ella (ellarosewood) | 134 comments Mod
12-18 to be reaped. 13+ to be a mentor.

message 11: by Faith Noelle (new)

 Faith Noelle Smith Thanks Ella.

@Woolfie- Yeah, just keep in ind what Ella said and your fine.

message 12: by El (last edited Jul 28, 2012 05:06PM) (new)

El (audinosbiitch) Name: Siri Ross

Age:
20

District:
3

What Hunger Games he/she won?
The 80th.

Appearance: http://www.topnews.in/files/Cate%20Bl...
(view spoiler)

Skills:
Siri was not trained in academies or training grounds as the Careers were - and are - but her offensive capabilities were not left raw or blunt. Her specialties are daggers and - oddly - common tools such as hammers or screwdrivers. Another is her understanding that not everyone can throw a dagger from 20 feet and hit the mark; some people prefer to shoot a bow that far, or use a sword. She knows that either one or neither of the District Three tributes will win, so she plans on discovering the strongest and taking her - or him - 'under her wing', so to speak. The other, of course, will not be left alone; s/he'll get plenty of tips on how to survive, too.

How did she win the games?
She didn't play weak; that one'd been taken already. She played boring. 'I can do everything moderately well; I don't really have any highlights,' was her response to a question from Caesar Flickerman. And it worked. Everyone assumed that the boring person would be the best to have around at the end.
In the arena, she played a little more bold. She used her looks to get a group of strong, tough allies together. She waited until most of the other tributes - particularly the Careers - had died out, and then they swept through. As the strongest - not to mention largest - group, killing the others was fairly easy.
In the end, there was her, the boy from 6, and the girl from 9 left. The girl proposed a toast, with the special drink her mentor had sent her in a little parachute. The only person who drank, the boy, was on the ground writhing and screaming when the girl, Lisha, and Siri left. Where they were headed: somewhere Lisha knew there was a tracker jacker nest. They never got there; Siri had grabbed Lisha from behind, pinning her arms down and pressing a knife to her throat. "Sorry, pretty; show's over," she'd hissed before slicing through the neck and letting Lisha roll away in one elegant movement.

Is this good?

Okay, since this is my first character it'll probably need edits (sorry!) but here goes!

Name: Delphi Zenobia

Age: 33

District: 7

What Hunger Games he/she won?: 57th (Does this work, mathematically? My brain is so math dead right now.)

Appearance:(Link or picture):
During time of Hunger Games: http://images5.fanpop.com/image/photo...
(Just less smiley, obviously.)
Now:http://20poorandfabulous.files.wordpr...
Skills: She's the queen of sneaks. She can easily disguise herself as a tree by weaving leaves into a shawl and painting herself with mud and other leaves. She can easily climb trees and rocks, hopping from one to the other, and figuring out little places, such as a high branch sheltered by leaves, that could keep her hidden. So mainly she knows how to protect herself, but when she needs to attack she is very experienced in making human traps, then slitting people in just the right places for a quick, silent death. (Does this mean more or is this OK?)

How did she/he win the games?:How did she/he win the games?: She got through most of it simply hiding and stealing people's food when she had to. At one point, she had to fight with a boy who was strong and tried to choke her - and almost got her until she managed to get her knife which he had thrown on the ground and slit him in the back of the neck. She then climbed up the nearest tree and hid behind some enormous leaves above, while an unknown person shot an arrow from behind a thicket and finished him off. Then at the very end, there were three more people - Delphi and two other tributes. Delphi managed to make a pact with the weaker one - just out of interest of not having the person turn on her with the other tribute. The stronger, while gathering food, was already dehydrated and wounded, so when he ate a usually harmless leaf, it had a weird affect on him and he got very drowsy. He wasn't in his right mind. She took a chance and hoped he wasn't faking, and slit his throat.

message 18: by [deleted user] (new)

Does this need more, or is it okay? Thanks so much!

message 19: by Ross (new)

Ross Bauer (nightlightknight) Your math is sound:) But I think you missed out on which district she was from.:)

message 20: by [deleted user] (new)

Oh, whoops! Will edit!

message 21: by [deleted user] (new)

Is it OK now?

message 22: by Ross (new)

Ross Bauer (nightlightknight) Well I think it's fine, but I'm not a mod so I can't officially say it's 100%:)

Name: Kathy Hide

Age: 25

District: 11

Which Hunger Games she won: 63rd

Appearence: (during her victory games)
(now)

Skills: stealth, cunning, disguise. She was amazing at tree climbing and the best in her district and hiding. For example, once she hid literally 20 ft away from her house and hid for a week. Her parents thought the capitol had kidnapped her. She can disgiuse anything. She could probably make a lousy piece of yarn look like a thread of gold.

How she won the games: She was the underdog. The youngest there when she played. She was small and everyone thought she didn't have a chance. She seemed escpessially good at disguising herself. She hid and survived till it was just her and one other boy. She hid and watched him, he never realized she was there. Eventually he was on the edge of starvation and tricked him into finding some poisonous berries. One night while he slept she went and scouted for something she could trick him with. She found a bush covered in nightlock (thats a poisonous berry right?). She dig it up and moved it right in the direction she knew he was going. The next morning he found the bush and, dying of starvation, ate the berries by the handful. In seconds she was the unexpected winner of the 63rd annual Hunger Games.

Faith Noelle Smith @Zora: Very nice but, you should look at this: http://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/6... because disitrict 7 is lumber, so she wouldn't be able to climb as easliy. So make sure you fix it! And if you need anymore help about D7 go here: http://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/8...
Thanks!

@Cici: In your 'How she won the games' it's good but I'm looking for a little bit more. And, on your 'Skills' you put: She stinks at fighting, with any weapon. Couldn't kill a dead animal.
Thoese my friend, aren't skills. Skills are like: She is able to slace a tree in record time, she knows how to avade capture. Ect..
So, please fix those thing's then your good. :)

message 25: by [deleted user] (last edited Jul 28, 2012 10:50AM) (new)

Ooh, I thought that she would since she would have to, like, climb up and strip leaves and she's always working with wood..? If you still feel the same way, no problem at all!

message 29: by Faith Noelle (new)

Faith Noelle Smith Hmm...Very true. Go ahead and leave it. :) Nice job.

message 33: by Ross (new)

Ross Bauer (nightlightknight) Hang on, so which Hunger Games is this, the 75th or 87th? It's supposed to be after the events of the HG trilogy right? Are the Hunger Games organised every year?

message 34: by [deleted user] (new)

Wait if its after the hg trilogy arent the games ovr?

message 35: by Ross (new)

Ross Bauer (nightlightknight) That's what I was wondering, unless its in a world where the HG novels never happened and things just went on as usual?

message 36: by [deleted user] (new)

I guess...anyways im waiting fir my mentor to be approved

message 37: by Ross (new)

Ross Bauer (nightlightknight) Name: Silas Frey aka Wraith

Age: 26
District: 6

What Hunger Games he/she won?:

Appearance:
Back before he won;
http://shechive.files.wordpress.com/2...
Now:
http://i2.listal.com/image/1574171/93...

Skills: As the orphaned the leader of the Wraiths, a close-knit band of misfits that included orphans, runaways and anyone with reason enough to want to escape conventional society short of murder, Silas has had to hone himself in such practical arts of survival as hand to hand fighting, evasion (they were formerly known at the Skyrippers, and were trained by the enigmatic Picard in the art of urban elusion, parcour) His true name unknown, the dark haired youth was named Sias due to his taciturn nature, and his uncanny ability to go unobserved, and Frey, for his inability to shy away from a fight when it came, often unsought. Eschewing guns due to the attention they attract, any manner of projectile became his weapon of choice, designing edged throwing weapons from salvaged trash. As an urban evasion artist, climbing, running, hiding and reacting to sudden situations are as much a part of him as breathing.

How did she/he win the games?: While not belonging to a Career district, the reality of being picked as a tribute for the Hunger Games meant that Silas prepared himself for the possibility since he was young enough to run with the Skyrippers, whom he joined at the age of 6. At the time of his selection, he was 15, and engaged in a blossoming relationship with a fellow Skyripper, Victoria Canning, so named due to her penchant for playing the victim, and her cruel cunning in manipulating appearances. Being torn from her to be thrown ito the Games, Silas swore that he would survive, one way or another. At this point, he had never had to kill anyone, but his resolve to return to Vicky rendered that restriction moot. True to his nature, he all but disappeared, but not into hiding. Cold-bloodedly he observed his fellow tributes, and orchestrated several accidents that made it seem their deaths were natural occurrences. The only person he killed outright was the hulking idiot Carter Briggs from District 2 as he was in the act of forcing his attentions upon Dana Lorcan, the self-advertised sweetheart of Panem, hailing from District 11. Seduced by her subservient personality, Silas forgot his ‘trouble together’ rule, and almost paid for it, almost allowing her to kiss him with her poison laced lipstick she had received in her parachute parcel. Recalling his vow to Vicky, he barely eluded her murderous seduction, only to have her stumble into a cunningly hidden snap trap, that bit into her leg, causing Silas to apologetically and reluctantly shoot her with Carter’s neglected gun before she bled to death.

message 39: by Ross (last edited Jul 29, 2012 05:33AM) (new)

Ross Bauer (nightlightknight) Thanks, I wasn't sure whether a member of a street gang could be considered a tribute, I haven't read the HG trilogy for a while so I may need to change some things, hopefully it's not too much:P

Thanks Faith:)
