YA Reads with Mostly Books discussion

Hi everyone!

I just joined and wanted to quickly introduce myself. I love to read (total bookaholic) mostly paranormal romance or darker YA, and I’m also a published author. I read about 3 books a month. This group seemed cool and really interesting. And I look forward to discussing books and discovering new authors.

So, any recommendations? I’m looking for a few good zombie books! ;-)

We have been enjoying Jonathan Maberry's Rot & Ruin series as well as Carrie Ryan's Forest of Hands and Teeth series. I personally loved Melissa Marr's novel Graveminder. She shows you small glimpses of the world through a zombies dead eyes. It was great.

Thanks for the awesome recommendations, I haven’t read 2 of those books yet, but now I’m adding them to my TBR pile. I already read Forest of Hands and Teeth.

Have you read Taste by Kate Evangelista yet? So damn good! :-D

I haven't read that one yet. Thanks for the tip I will have to go check it out.
