( if the slots are filled, don't make a charrie untill the next round. ) One person will die in each challenge. The last person to be left standing wins, and gets a slot in the next round. Last thing, what I say, goes, so if I say (( Joe gets poisoned by the sandwich he ate. )) joe is now poisoned, no if, ands, or buts. Trust me it's a lot more fun that way.
