Midnight Sun [2008 Draft] discussion

does anyone know if she is going to publish this book yet?? how are the petitions going for her to publish it?

Read an interview she did for MTV a month or so ago. If she ever gets to it, it will be years down the road. She has other things she plans to write first. Said she was burned out with vampires.

It was leaked on the internet, and she was really pissed off about it. And when i say 'really pissed off' i mean, really pissed off.
On her website she actually said that she wanted to re-write the saga and make all the Cullen's die :(

She felt betrayed and totally stopped with Midnight Sun... she hasn't been working on it at all since it got leaked, but she has posted some of what she wrote on her website. Here's the link, in case you or anyone else needed it:

I read a good fan-fiction of the ending of Midnight Sun (Chap 13-the end). It was really good and it felt like I was reading S.M. Give it a try.

Well, I think she was planning on Publishing it in 2012, so this year, but after it was leaked, she said in her current frame of mind, she just couldn't write it and that with how upset she was, all of the Cullens would end up dead. Now she says she is burned out on Vampires and may come back to it in the future. Like Bk7olvr said, it would be amazing if she published it in 2015 but I just dont think thats going to happen. Also, I agree that the petitions probably wont do much, but I just cant help myself from signing them, just in case! Also, she says that she might feel more like finishing it when people forget about it, but If thats the case, I guess we will never see a completed copy
