Here is where Charlie's Birthday Party will be. The party is Hunger Games theme.
Dresscode: Crazy outfits like people from the Capital. There will be extravagant furniture all over the ball room. A cornucopia photo booth in a corner of the room. Everyone should attend it will be so much fun.

I walk into the room and I am so amazed at the elegance in the room. I made sure I wore my most elegant silk pink dress. I also wore an extraordinary large pink hat and my best glass slippers.
No one was in the room except the avoxes so I sat done on one of the fluffiest chairs.

I enter my party from the back, and see Chade is there. I am wearing a green poofy dress

I spot Charlie from across the room and notice that she's walking towards Chade.

"Isn't Chade from a different District" I think to myself. "What is she up to?"

and sees charlie and goes up and gives her a big hug wishing her happy birthday

I walk into Charlie's birthday party wearing a startling, frilly red dress. I go up to Charlie, wish her a happy birthay, and hand her a birthday present from me, a bow and arrow signed by Katniss. :D

I arrive wearing a sailors uniform because that's what I always where. I hand Charlie over my present which is a beer that Haymitch my old pal once gave me while I was crossing the 7 seas.

I thank everyone for their good wishes!!! And their presents are great too, but I'm not quite sure what to do with the beer Captianm2 gave me :p jk.
