What you do is when you first get on, look at the right where it shows those options,

Group Home Events Invite People

Bookshelf Photos Members

Discussions Videos Polls

Settings



Click on members, then scroll down to the bottom, there will be something that says broadcast to all members. Click that and you can send the message.
