I love Angel, don't really care for Edward (vampires are not supposed to sparkle) and I prefer Damon. Sorry Stefan. :)

Love the 'who is Angel?'-reactions! I watched everything Buffy and was very much Team-Angel (so not Spike) but it's so long ago I hardly remember. It should of course be Angel (because the vampire fell in love with the vampire-hunter, cmmon- that's hot) but I grew out of the Angel-infatuation like I grew out of pigtails and walkmans. Maybe even at the same time. Stefan always reminds me of cardboard paper. I don't know how it's possible to be both a former Chicago Mass Murderer ánd utterly boring, but Stefan makes it happen. Ugh.
The winner is, and could only be, Damon. A vampire who was turned against his will and fought 145 years to save the love of his life only to find out she didn't need saving, she never bothered to share that little fact and actually wanted his brother all along. This should have knocked him in the tortured-brooding-corner but instead he's really funny, gorgeous, doesn't mind doing the dirty work, kisses Elena like there's no tomorrow (which in his case- is kinda true in that department) -OH, seriously, the whole (girly) planet should be Team Damon.
BUT-he's not on the list. I enjoyed the Midnight Sun chapters immensly (still aren't very fond of the leaker who made Meyer stop writing them) and therefore would have to go with Edward then.
Damon, Eric, Klaus, Lestat, spike...if only people were being sarcastic when they picked Edward.
