Goodreads Vegetarians and Vegans discussion

It got me thinking about foods that are traditionally not vegan, and how the non-dairy inclined among this group might make their own. I'm thinking of items like cream sauces, or things that aren't usually even vegetarian, like marshmallows.

Do you have any great recipes you'd like to share? Ideally a link, but if you don't have one, just paste the recipe in this thread.

Vegan eggnog! It may be really early in the year for eggnog, but it's a fun idea.
