Sean (carcosa) | 7 comments So what are you reading this August? I am currently reading Starship: Mutiny by Mike Resnick and am about to start Children of Hurin by J.R.R. Tolkien and his son Christopher. When I finish the Resnick book I will start Migration, the second book of the Species Imperative by Julie Czerneda. I have been reading 2 novels concurrently as well as a number of short stories books.
For more information check out my books link!

What are you reading?

I have just started Shadow of Night by Deborah Harkness. It is the second book in A discovery of witches series by the author. It's a love story about a witch (who is also a historian)and a vampire. I am really enjoying this book and hope everyone who likes this type of book also enjoys it.

Pamela Cornish | 1 comments I am reading An Echo in the Bone by Diane Gabaldon. It is the 7th book of her Outlander series. Historical fiction with a twist of fantasy.

Thinking of starting Shades of Grey next.

Sean (carcosa) | 7 comments WEll I finished Starship: Mutiny and Children of Hurin and loved them both. Read a short story by Poe and am now reading Migration. My next book is going to be Revelation Space by Alastair Reynolds and maybe throw in the Silmarillion as I just picked up the 50th anniversary edition of Lord of the Rings and want to prepare for that.
